Voter Resources: Make Your Voice Heard

As a candidate for Pflugerville ISD School Board Place 6, Sandi Castro is committed to ensuring every eligible voter in our district has the information they need to participate in our democracy. Whether you are in Travis or Williamson County, your vote is your voice for our students.

Voter Resources

1. Check Your Registration Status

In Texas, you must be registered at least 30 days before Election Day to cast a ballot.

Moving? If you’ve recently moved within the district, you must update your address on your registration to ensure you are voting in the correct “Place” for the school board.

Am I Registered? Use the Texas Secretary of State’s Voter Portal to confirm your status, find your precinct number, and see a list of upcoming elections.

Travis County Residents: You can also verify your specific local details via VoteTravis.com.

2. What to Bring

Under Texas law, you must present one of the seven acceptable forms of photo ID at the polls. These include:

  • U.S. Passport (book or card)
  • Texas Driver License
  • Texas Election Identification Certificate
  • Texas Personal Identification Card
  • Texas Handgun License
  • U.S. Military Identification Card
  • U.S. Citizenship Certificate (with photo)

3. Where and When to Vote

Pflugerville ISD spans both Travis and Williamson counties. Because Travis County uses “Vote Centers,” you can often vote at any location in the county where you see the “Vote Here/Aquí” sign.

Williamson County Polling Locations

Early Voting: Highly recommended to avoid long lines on Election Day.
